Late Arrivals and Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of a late arrival, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not guaranteed.
Rescheduling and Refund Policy
Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling. We value the time of our clients and our lash artists, and this policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively. Refunds will be provided in accordance with our outlined terms and conditions.
